My design career began in 2008, and in the subsequent 13+ years I've had the opportunity to work for 2 large houston-area Nonprofits (Sugar Creek & Houston's First Baptist Church), contract with the IMA building brand-standards for commercial food brands, and Creative Direct internationally for Lennar – one of America's largest homebuilders.

In my current role as the Director of Creative Development for Lennar International I oversee production of all international creative/marketing efforts, and help develop marketing programs, collateral & strategy from the ground up. In addition to working with our agency & contract partners to meet objectives, I've had the opportunity to personally craft collateral in 7+ languages, distributed to 30+ countries.

I've spent my career working with in-house creative teams and have a passion for building strong team/client relationships, refining creative strategy, and crafting systems that help ensure organizational style & brand compliance. I also have a significant amount of experience directing photography & handling print production (including working with in-house digital presses & finishing stages, as well as coordinating with outside vendors).
